The purpose of WRG is to provide
equipping, training, and consulting
in cross-cultural church planting methodologies
with a particular focus on a worldview approach.
This provision of training will have three tracks: |
 |
|
|
|
| |
WRG's primary thrust
is to provide equipping for overseas pastors and church-based
Christian workers in cross-cultural church planting methodologies.
This approach stresses the imperative of ministering at
a worldview level rather than at the levels of outward
behavior or institutions. In Scripture and Strategy,
Hesselgrave writes, "true conversion first and foremost
involves a change in worldview." (1994:50). Chronological
Bible Teaching will be a primary strategy. |

WRG conducts training
seminars in Colorado Springs. These modules are one to
three weeks in duration. The
curriculum addresses cross-cultural church planting
methodologies with a focus on worldviews. WRG and
Mission Training International are working in partnership.
 |
|
|
|
|
| |
WRG personnel will
do consultation in church planting methodologies for sending
agencies and overseas church associations. |
